Railings

Railings are a type of fence made of one of more usually metal or wooden bars attached to posts, often along the edge of a path or at the side of stairs for safety and to provide support: The iron railing at the edge of the boardwalk was some six feet above the beach.
Railings are horizontal or diagonal structural members attached to vertical posts for the purpose of delineating the trail, protecting vegetation, and providing a barrier for users at precipitous locations.
Railings made of stainless steel find popular use in indoor or protected railings. These railings are resistant to rust and corrosion. Along with the 10.5% chromium content in stainless steel, there are also other additives which make the material stronger and more resistant to higher temperatures.
